U.S. Vice President JD Vance arrives in Armenia

U.S. Vice President JD Vance, together with Second Lady Usha Vance and their children, has arrived in Armenia on an official visit.

U.S. Air Force Two landed at Yerevan’s Zvartnots Airport a short while ago.

Speaker of Parliament Alen Simonyan, Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport Zhanna Andreasyan, Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan and other officials welcomed the U.S. Vice President at the airport. 

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will meet with Vice President Vance later tonight, after which they will make statements.
