Armenia’s Security Council Secretary meets EU Special Representative in Yerevan

Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia Armen Grigoryan held a meeting in Yerevan with EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the crisis in Georgia Magdalena Grono.

Grigoryan and Special Representative Grono discussed “issues related to the Armenia–EU bilateral agenda and the further development of relations,” according to a readout issued by the Secretary’s Office.

During the meeting, the two also discussed the established peace process between Armenia and Azerbaijan and recent developments. In this context, Grigoryan presented programs being implemented in the areas of regional connectivity and infrastructure development, as well as Armenia’s efforts aimed at institutionalizing peace.
