Armenia, Greece discuss healthcare cooperation

Armenian Ambassador to Greece, Tigran Mkrtchyan, met with the country’s Health Minister, Adonis Georgiadis.

Ambassador Mkrtchyan proposed intensifying Armenia-Greece cooperation in healthcare, according to the embassy's readout. 

In particular, attention was given to studying the Greek experience in organizing healthcare in the field of primary health care. The importance of establishing cooperation with the National Public Health Organization of Greece was also emphasized.

Adonis Georgiadis expressed the Greek side’s readiness to continuously develop multifaceted bilateral cooperation with friendly Armenia.

The Ambassador conveyed an open invitation from the Armenian side for Adonis Georgiadis to visit Armenia.
