Senior Armed Forces officers undergo certification

The 2026 certification process for senior and highest-ranking officers of the Armed Forces took place on January 13 at the administrative complex of the Armenian Ministry of Defense, according to the ministry.

The physical readiness assessment  was observed by Minister of Defense and Chairman of the Certification Commission Suren Papikyan, First Deputy Minister of Defense and Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Edward Asryan, and Deputy Minister of Defense Arman Sargsyan.
