Armenia sees 17.6% increase in receipts printed, boosting tax discipline and fair competition

A total of 725.4 million receipts have been printed by businesses across the country from January 1 to November 30 this year, the Armenian government said in a press release, highlighting increased tax discipline and fair competition in the market.

"If you love your country, demand a receipt. From January 1 to November 30, 2025, 725.4 million receipts were printed. This figure represents a 17.6% increase compared to the same period in 2024. These numbers are not just statistics. They reflect the strengthening of tax discipline, the reinforcement of fair competition, and the strengthening of the state's financial foundations. Thanks to all the businesses who provide receipts with each transaction, and to all the citizens who consistently demand them,' the statement reads.
