Armenian, Georgian defense ministry representatives discuss cooperation

The executives of the Defense Institution Building School (DIBS) of the Georgian Ministry of Defense, along with the DIBS Defense and Security Strategic Interagency Senior Course cohort, visited Armenia. The DIBS delegation was received by the Deputy Director of the Department of Defense Policy and International Cooperation of the Armenian Ministry of Defense.
The guests were briefed on Armenia’s security environment and the main directions of armed forces transformation, after which discussions continued in a question-and-answer format, the ministry reported.
As part of the visit, the participants of the DIBS Defense and Security Strategic Interagency Senior Course also visited the National Defense Research University of the Armenian Ministry of Defense, where they discussed cooperation programs and future prospects between the two institutions.
