Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan confirmed that Hungary has lifted its veto on a €20 million European Peace Facility aid package for Armenia.

Speaking at a press briefing, Pashinyan said the assistance will contribute to advancing the peace agenda.

"Yes, our Minister of Foreign Affairs informed me that the Hungarian counterparts seem to have agreed to the decision, and there is a consensus. The decision will be published once formalized de jure. As for the content, I can't comment on it at this moment, but in any case, it will contribute to and be carried out in the spirit of peace," emphasized the Prime Minister.
