Armenian Ambassador to the United States Narek Mkrtchyan met with U.S. Congressman Daniel Newhouse, Co-Chair of the Congressional Wine Caucus.
The meeting focused on prospects for U.S.–Armenia cooperation in the fields of viticulture and winemaking, as well as the possibility of organizing a joint event to present Armenia’s rich winemaking traditions and its current potential in the sector, the embassy reported.
