Georgian defense ministry representatives visit Armenia

As part of the cooperation program between the Ministries of Defense of Armenia and Georgia, representatives of the Strategic Communications and Public Affairs Department of the Georgian Ministry of Defense visited the Armenian Ministry of Defense on December 15–16.

The delegation was received by the Armenian Defense Minister’s spokesperson. 

The discussions focused on issues related to further expanding bilateral cooperation and interaction, as well as opportunities for exchanging experience in the fields of public relations and awareness-raising, the defense ministry said in a press release. 

Both sides emphasized the importance of strengthening cooperation and implementing joint programs.

During the visit, the Georgian delegation also visited the Vazgen Sargsyan Military Academy of the Ministry of Defense, toured the facilities, and familiarized themselves with the educational programs and auditoriums.
