Armenia, Qatar discuss economic opportunities resulting from regional peace and unblocking

Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, met in Doha with Hamad Khamis Al-Kubaisi, Deputy Secretary-General of the National Security Council of Qatar.

The officials discussed the initialed peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan, the established peace in the region, and the broad economic opportunities arising in the context of unblocking, as well as Qatar’s potential participation in them, Grigoryan’s office said in a readout.

Grigoryan and Al-Kubaisi also discussed developments in the Middle East, as well as the security situation beyond the region.
