EKD Bishop Frank Kopania visits EUMA headquarters

Frank Kopania, Bishop of the Protestant Church in Germany (EKD) and Head of the Ecumenism and Global Ministries Department of the EKD Churchwide Office, visited the EU Mission in Armenia (EUMA) headquarters in Yeghegnadzor, Vayots Dzor province.

He met with EUMA Head of Mission Markus Ritter, the monitoring mission said on X.

Ritter “introduced EUMA's mandate and activities on the ground,” EUMA said.

The EKD bishop for foreign affairs is visiting Armenia and earlier met with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan’s chief advisor Lilit Makunts.
