Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has praised the country’s strong economic growth.
He said at the Cabinet meeting on Thursday that Armenia’s economic activity index has visibly exceeded forecasted figures. He presented the latest indicators of economic activity and growth.
According to the Prime Minister, in October 2025, compared to October of the previous year, the economic activity index reached 10.1%, while for the first ten months of 2025, economic activity was 8.1% higher than the same period last year.
Prime Minister Pashinyan also noted that since the beginning of the year, Armenia has already recorded at least 6% economic growth.
“I believe these are truly very good indicators, and it should be noted that for more than one year now, our economic growth has visibly exceeded forecasts,” the Prime Minister emphasized.
According to Pashinyan, economic growth is supported not only by infrastructure projects but also by the government’s focus on creative work and education.
“I think the reason for this is that in our policies, alongside infrastructure, we constantly emphasize the importance of human creative work and the role of education in enhancing the effectiveness of that creative work. I believe these messages are being understood and implemented in everyday life,” Pashinyan stressed.
