Armenian Ambassador, Cypriot Defense Minister discuss defence cooperation

On November 26, the Ambassador Inna Torgomyan was received by the Minister of Defense of the Republic of Cyprus Vasilis Palmas, the Embassy of the Republic of Armenia in Cyprus said in a statement.
During the meeting, the high level of cooperation between the two countries in the field of defense was emphasized, while also addressing prospects for further collaboration.
Discussions also touched upon current regional and international developments, as well as Cyprus’ upcoming Presidency of the Council of the European Union and its priorities in defense and security. The meeting underscored Cyprus’ consistent support for the further deepening of the Armenia–EU partnership.
