On November 21, 2025, a group of representatives from Armenian civil society visited Baku, Azerbaijan, the Research Center on Security Policy said. The visit was organized in response to the visit of Azerbaijani civil society representatives to Yerevan on October 21–22, 2025.
According to the statement, "representatives of Azerbaijani and Armenian civil society continue their dialogue within the framework of the peace agenda, formed following the joint declaration adopted in Washington on August 8."
