OSCE to conclude closure of the Minsk Process, related structures by December 1, 2025

The OSCE is completing the closure of the Minsk Process and related structures, the OSCE said in response to APA's inquiry.

"In accordance with Decision No. 1/25 adopted by the Ministerial Council on 1 September 2025, steps related to the closure of the Minsk Process and related structures are being implemented by the OSCE," the statement reads. It was emphasized that the closure will be completed by 1 December 2025.
