Bulgaria appoints new ambassador to Armenia

Bulgarian President Rumen Radev appointed Nikola Nikolov as Ambassador to Armenia, BTA state news agency reported.

According to the Bulgarian Constitution, the President appoints the heads of diplomatic missions on the recommendation of the Council of Ministers.

Nikolov previously served as Head of Department at Strategic Communication and Public Diplomacy Directorate of the Bulgarian Foreign Ministry.
