Armenian, Georgian military police chiefs discuss cooperation

Armenian Military Police Chief Major General Ashot Zakaryan led a delegation to Georgia on an official visit from 28 to 31 October.

The Armenian delegation met with Major General Shalva Shengelia, Head of the Military Police Department of Georgia.

According to the official readout, the parties discussed opportunities for developing cooperation, exchanging experience, and strengthening partnership.
During the visit, the Armenian delegation attended training exercises conducted by the Georgian Military Police, which demonstrated various elements of rapid response, containment, and personal protection operations.
