Armenia, Montenegro discuss development of ties

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan met with the President of Montenegro, Jakov Milatović, on the sidelines of the European Political Community Summit in Copenhagen, Denmark.
According to a readout from the Prime Minister’s Office, the two leaders discussed the further development of multidimensional cooperation between Armenia and Montenegro.
Prime Minister Pashinyan and President Milatović identified the deepening of partnerships in trade, economy, and tourism as particularly promising areas and agreed to take steps in that direction.
President Milatović welcomed the initialing of the Armenian-Azerbaijani peace agreement, expressing hope that it would open up broad opportunities for regional development.
The parties also agreed to continue their dialogue through high-level mutual visits.
