Armenia Security Council Secretary meets new British Ambassador

Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, received the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to the Republic of Armenia, Alexandra Pamela Cole, Grigoryan’s office said.

Grigoryan congratulated the Ambassador on assuming her post and wished her success in further developing and expanding relations between Armenia and the United Kingdom.

Ambassador Cole, in turn, expressed gratitude for the warm welcome and emphasized that favorable conditions have been created for the development of Armenia-United Kingdom relations. She expressed readiness to contribute her efforts to further deepen bilateral cooperation.

They also discussed issues on the bilateral agenda, highlighting the new environment that contributes to strengthening economic cooperation.
