President Khachaturyan attends Independence Day reception at Armenia's Permanent Mission to UN

On September 21, Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan, who is on a working visit to New York, participated in a reception at the Permanent Mission of Armenia to the United Nations on the occasion of Armenia's Independence Day.

The President congratulated the staff of the Permanent Mission and the Armenian delegation on the occasion, wishing them productive work and success for the development, prosperity and peace of Armenia.

“Independence Day is the most important holiday of the state, and the establishment of peace is the victory of diplomacy. On this festive day, I wish first of all our diplomats, and then all of us, such victories, peace and development for our people,” President Khachaturyan noted.

He also toured the office building and familiarized himself with the general conditions.
