U.S. President Donald Trump has shared on his "Truth Social" platform a post by Congressman Byron Donalds emphasizing the effectiveness of Washington’s “Peace Through Strength” foreign policy principle.
“This is PEACE THROUGH STRENGTH in action, and the results are indisputable,” Donalds' post reads.
The post featured the flags of the United States, Armenia, and Azerbaijan, along with footage from the August 8 meeting in Washington between Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and U.S. President Trump.
The publication also listed conflicts and countries where, according to Donalds, progress in peace processes was achieved during Trump's presidency. These included Armenia-Azerbaijan, Cambodia-Thailand, the Democratic Republic of Congo-Rwanda, Egypt-Ethiopia, India-Pakistan, Israel-Bahrain, Israel-Iran, Israel-Morocco, Israel-Sudan, Israel-UAE and Serbia-Kosovo.
