Economy Minister attends "Gateway to Europe: Armenia – a new hub for innovation and investments" conference

Armenian Minister of Economy Gevorg Papoyan participated in the international conference titled “Gateway to Europe: Armenia – a new hub for innovation and investments,” Papoyan said on Facebook.
The conference was attended by the Head of the EU Delegation to Armenia, Ambassador Vassilis Maragos, UN Resident Coordinator in Armenia, Françoise Jacob, Deputy Minister of Economy, Lilia Sirakanian, Director of the Investment Support Center, Gohar Abajyan, and representatives of other state and international partner institutions.
The event was organized within the framework of public-private dialogue by the Ministry of Economy of Armenia, and co-organized by the European Union, Expertise France, the European Business Angel Network (EBAN) and other partners.
The conference aimed to bring together Armenian and European business angels, startup founders, innovation and technology professionals, and venture and corporate partners, with the goal of strengthening business ties between European investors and local startups.
