China's senior political advisor visits Armenia

A delegation led by Su Hui, Vice Chairperson of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), the country’s political advisory body, has arrived in Armenia at the invitation of Vice Speaker of Parliament Hakob Arshakyan.

Arshakyan welcomed the delegation at the Yerevan airport on September 17, the parliament’s press service said.

The delegation is expected to have meetings with President Vahagn Khachaturyan, Speaker of Parliament Alen Simonyan, Vice Speaker Hakob Arshakyan, as well as Armenian lawmakers from the Armenia-China Parliamentary Friendship Group.

Su Hui visited Azerbaijan a day before arriving to Armenia, according to Xinhua News Agency.
