India says trade discussions with U.S. 'positive', 'forward looking'

Trade discussions between Indian and U.S. officials on Tuesday were "positive" and "forward-looking”, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of India said following the talks in New Delhi, The Hindu newspaper reported.

Accordig to the ministry. the two sides had decided to “intensify efforts” towards an early conclusion of a trade agreement between the two countries.
