No plans to withdraw Russian military base, says Speaker of Parliament

The withdrawal of the Russian military base from Armenia is not being discussed at the moment, Speaker of Parliament Alen Simonyan has said.

"At this moment, we are not discussing the issue of withdrawing the [Russian] military base. We haven’t had such discussions, and I can’t say anything new about it," he said at a press briefing.
