Kim Kardashian visits ‘Armenian island in Venice’

Armenian-American media personality and socialite Kim Kardashian has visited San Lazzaro degli Armeni (Saint Lazarus Island) in the Venetian Lagoon of northern Italy.

The small island has been home to the monastery of the Mekhitarists, an Armenian Catholic congregation, since 1717.

Kardashian posted photos from the island and monastery on Instagram, showing historic Armenian manuscripts and artifacts.

She captioned a photo 'Armenian island in Venice.'
