Foreign Ministry officials and diplomats familiarize themselves with infrastructure projects in Syunik

During the Ambassadors’ Conference, a visit was organized for the heads of the MFA central apparatus and diplomatic missions to several newly constructed infrastructure projects in Syunik, the foreign ministry has said in a statement.

In particular, Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Davit Khudatyan presented to the Armenian diplomats the ongoing works on the southern section of the North-South transport corridor, including the construction of a new tunnel and bridges on the Agarak-Kajaran road segment.

At the Armenia-Iran border, the diplomats were introduced to the projects for expanding the checkpoint and constructing a second bridge.
