Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has urged former President Levon Ter-Petrosyan to “calm down” after the first president published a strongly worded article accusing the Premier of "destabilizing" the nation.
“Dear Levon Ter-Petrosyan. In 1996 you ran away from facing the election results, in 1998 you ran away from power, in 2008 you ran away from the opposition. I understand that now you want to, but can’t find a place to run away. And there’s no need for that, just calm down and enjoy the peaceful life that has been established in the Republic of Armenia. Have a good day everyone,” Pashinyan said in a post on Facebook.
