Pashinyan congratulates Hungary’s Orbán on national day

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán on the occasion of the country’s national day.

“On behalf of the Republic of Armenia and personally myself, I warmly congratulate you and the people of Hungary on the occasion of the National Day,” Pashinyan said in a letter addressed to Orban published by his office. “I must note with satisfaction that the friendly relations formed between our countries in recent times are gaining a new quality, which are based on mutual trust and strong historical ties. I am confident that through joint efforts, bilateral relations will continue to develop and contribute to the deepening of cooperation between Armenia and Hungary in various fields for the benefit of the friendship of our peoples. I wish you good health and fruitful activities, and lasting peace and prosperity to the friendly people of Hungary.”
