Armenia, Iran sign MoU in pharmaceutical sector

A number of memorandums of understanding were signed between Armenia and Iran during President Masoud Pezeshkian’s official visit.
One of these MoUs was signed between the Armenian Ministry of Healthcare’s Center for Pharmaceutical and Medical Technology Expertise and the Iranian Ministry of Health and Medical Education’s Department of Food and Drug Administration.
The document will promote bilateral cooperation in the area of regulating medical products, especially exchange of information, experience and skills pertaining to the safety, quality and efficiency of registered drugs in Armenia and Iran, the healthcare ministry said in a statement.
