World-class Finance and Investment experts will speak at the Power Consulting Days Program

Yerevan is set to host an exceptional gathering of investment and capital market expertise during the upcoming Power Consulting Days (PCD) program. Designed to equip participants with both knowledge and practical skills, the program will bring together not only leading local specialists, but also high-ranking representatives of prestigious international companies and world-renowned experts.
The PCD program is designed for Armenian businesspeople, senior business executives, investment advisors, and private investors. To participate in the program, it is necessary to register through the event’s official website.
One of the keynote speakers at the PCD program is Olivier Rousseau, former Chairman of the Investment Board of the Georgian Pension Agency. His distinguished career began at the French Treasury, continued at BNP Paribas, and later at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), where he served on the Resident Board. He subsequently held the position of Co-CEO of the French Pension Reserve Fund (FRR).
Deputy Governor of the Central Bank of Armenia, Armen Nurbekyan, will deliver a speech on the current state of the Armenian economy. He has held the positions of Head of the Macroeconomic Directorate and Member of the Executive Committee of the Central Bank of Armenia, and has worked in the Monetary Policy, Financial Stability, and Research Departments, as well as in the Research Department of the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
Another featured speaker, Ketevan Toidze, Deputy CEO of Galt & Taggart and Head of the Investment Banking Division, has led debt and equity financing projects in more than 12 countries across the Eurasian region. Her professional background also includes serving at the EBRD in both Tbilisi and London.
Dr. Fernando Gómez-Baquero is the Director of the Runway and Spinouts programs at the Jacobs Technion-Cornell Institute, Cornell Tech. He also lectures at Cornell University’s SC Johnson College of Business, combining academically rigorous knowledge with practical entrepreneurial insights.
The lineup of speakers also includes distinguished professionals who have gained experience at leading global companies such as UBS, Credit Suisse, Merrill Lynch, Strategic Investment Group, Blackstone, Shearman & Sterling, and others.
