Armenian Prime Minister to visit Kazakhstan

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan will pay an official visit to Kazakhstan in the end of 2025, the Kazakh presidential office said in its readout of the phone call between Pashinyan and Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev.

According to the readout, Tokayev congratulated Pashinyan on the signing of the Washington accords on establishing peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan. “The signing of that document, which has historic significance, became possible, among others, through the outstanding qualities of Nikol Pashinyan as a statesman, who has strong political will and a strategic vision for his country’s national interests,” reads the press release.

Tokayev stated that the preparations for Pashinyan’s official visit are underway in Astana.
