Former State Revenue Committee Chairman arrested for two months

Former Chairman of the State Revenue Committee Vardan Harutyunyan has been remanded in pre-trial detention for two months, his lawyer Armen Andrikyan told reporters.
Harutyunyan is facing charges of money laundering, illegal entrepreneurship and anti-competitive practices, the Anti-Corruption Committee said. The investigation is related to a company called Norfolk.
Harutyunyan denies any wrongdoing.
