Civil Contract faction MP Hripsime Grigoryan has described claims that Armenia has allegedly agreed or will agree to any “corridor” solution in the context of unblocking communications as lies, fabrications and manipulation.
The MP wrote on Facebook:
“Lie, fabrication, and manipulation. The truth is: Armenia will reach an agreement that will include the principles we have always publicly voice, that is lifting the blockade on the basis of sovereignty, territorial integrity, and jurisdiction, and on the principle of reciprocity.”
She explained that any infrastructure passing through the territory of the Republic of Armenia will operate in accordance with Armenian legislation. Reciprocity, she added, means that if roads are opened for Azerbaijan, they will also be opened for Armenia.
“I emphasize that all roads and other infrastructure passing through the territory of Armenia will be under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Armenia, in full accordance with our legislation,” Grigoryan stressed.
