Putin meets Malaysia's King

Russian President Vladimir Putin has met with Malaysian King Ibrahim Iskandar at the Kremlin on Wednesday, after the monarch arrived on an official visit to Russia, Ria Novosti reported.

It is the first-ever visit by Malaysia's head of state to Russia since the two countries established diplomatic relations. 

During the meeting, the leaders will discuss the further development of Russian-Malaysian relations, as well as international and regional issues.
