Armenian Deputy FM, German official discuss cooperation

On July 29, on the sidelines of a working visit to New York, Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia Vahan Kostanyan held a meeting with Florian Hahn, the Minister of State of the Federal Foreign Office of Germany.

"During the meeting, the sides discussed a range of issues on the steady developing bilateral agenda, which continue to develop, highlighting the importance of reciprocal visits to further strengthen the ties," the foreign ministry said in a readout.

They also touched upon cooperation in economic, cultural and other areas of mutual interest.

The Deputy FM of Armenia and the Minister of State of Germany exchanged views on the current developments in the South Caucasus and the Middle East, and discussed prospects for enhanced cooperation within multilateral platforms.
