The economic activity index increased by 6.3% in the first half of 2025 compared to the same period last year, according to the Statistical Committee.
Below is the year-on-year (YoY) data for January–June 2025:
Industrial production output decreased by 12.1%, amounting to over 1.2 trillion AMD.
Agricultural gross production increased by 7.3%, totaling more than 316 billion AMD.
Construction output grew by 18.5%, reaching more than 224.8 billion AMD.
Trade turnover rose by 3.9%, totaling nearly 3 trillion AMD.
Services sector grew by 9.8%, amounting to over 1.8 trillion AMD.
The consumer price index increased by 3.1%.
The industrial product price index rose by 2.1%.
Electricity production grew by 0.8%.
