President Khachaturyan congratulates Macron on National Day

President of the Republic Vahagn Khachaturyan sent a congratulatory message to the President of the French Republic, Emmanuel Macron, on the occasion of the National Day, the Presidential office has said.

“On this historic day, France chose the path of liberty, the supremacy of human rights, equality, and democracy.
It is on these universal values that the privileged relations between Armenia and France are built.

With special gratitude, I emphasize that during Your presidency, the multi-sectoral and close Armenian-French cooperation has transformed into a strategic dialogue.

Once again, I express my gratitude to friendly France and to You personally for Your efforts and continuous support in strengthening Armenia’s sovereignty and democracy, as well as for Your personal commitment to establishing lasting peace in our region,” the message particularly states.
