Rubio, Lavrov to meet during ASEAN events

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov will hold a meeting on the sidelines of the ASEAN events in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, on July 10, the governments of both countries announced.
It will mark their second meeting since the first talks in February 2025 in Saudi Arabia.
