Armenian, Iranian defense ministers discuss cooperation

Minister of Defense of Armenia Suren Papikyan held a telephone conversation with his Iranian counterpart Brigadier General Aziz Nasirzadeh.

“During the conversation, the Ministers discussed international and regional security topics, as well as issues related to bilateral cooperation,” the defense ministry said in a press release. “Both sides underscored the importance of enhancing stability and peace in the region,” it added.
