Leader of the Hayastan faction and former Minister of Defense Seyran Ohanyan has been officially charged.
“I have been charged. Naturally, I do not agree with the elements of the charge and have not accepted it. I also did not provide testimony, exercising my right to refrain, due to health problems,” Ohanyan said during a briefing with reporters after leaving the Investigative Committee.
He noted that he had been summoned to the Investigative Committee from a medical facility.
“Considering that charges must be brought within 18 hours, that is why I appeared,” he added.
