Parliament approves criminal prosecution of Seyran Ohanyan and Artsvik Minasyan

The National Assembly of Armenia has voted in favor of authorizing criminal prosecution against the head of the "Hayastan" faction, Seyran Ohanyan, and the faction’s secretary, Artsvik Minasyan.

Chairman of the Counting Committee Narek Babayan announced that 59 deputies voted in favor of the motions submitted by Prosecutor General Anna Vardapetyan.

The opposition "Hayastan" and "I Have Honor" factions boycotted the vote.
