Armenian Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure, Georgian Ambassador underscore importance of infrastructure cooperation

Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure of the Republic of Armenia David Khudatyan on June 25 received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to Armenia, Giorgi Sharvashidze.
According to the Ministry, Minister Khudatyan welcomed the Ambassador and noted that cooperation between Armenia and Georgia in the field of infrastructure is of strategic importance for both countries.
The sides discussed cooperation in the energy sector. Minister Khudatyan emphasized the significant potential for collaboration in this area, highlighting that its full utilization would contribute to strengthening regional energy security.
The meeting also addressed issues related to the transport sector and interregional cooperation between Armenia and Georgia.
