Armenian FM meets French counterpart

Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan has met his French counterpart Jean-Noël Barrot during the UN Ocean Conference (UNOC3) in Nice.

“Glad to see my good colleague & friend Jean-Noël Barrot, this time on the sidelines of UNOC3 in Nice. Our active engagement in multilateral platforms, including UN enriches our agenda & is key to success in implementation of our priorities, such as COP17 next year in Armenia,” Mirzoyan said in a post on X.

The 17th meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Convention on Biological Diversity (COP17) will be held in Armenia in 2026.
