PM Pashinyan chairs consultation on introducing comprehensive health insurance

A consultation was held under the leadership of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, during which issues related to the introduction of comprehensive health insurance in Armenia were discussed.

Minister of Health Anahit Avanesyan presented details regarding the format, timeline, development of the legislative package, and the limits proposed by the Medium-Term Expenditure Program for implementing the system.

Recommendations and observations concerning the measures required for the introduction of the comprehensive health insurance system were discussed at the meeting.

The Prime Minister instructed to continue discussions to clarify the full scope of issues related to the system's implementation and to identify the necessary solutions.
