President Khachaturyan delivers speech at ASUE roundtable on “Investments, Territorial Development, Logistics''

President of the Republic of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan took part in a roundtable discussion titled “Investments, Territorial Development, Logistics” at the Armenian State University of Economics.

According to the Presidential Office, the President delivered a keynote address at the start of the discussion, highlighting the specific features and challenges of Armenia’s economic system. He also underscored the vital role of the University of Economics and the contribution of specialists in addressing these challenges.

In his speech, President Khachaturyan stressed the importance of balanced territorial development and, in this context, emphasized the significance of the investments and systemic reforms currently being carried out by the government in infrastructure.

He further noted that the country’s economic community should not remain on the sidelines of the government’s major initiatives, particularly the “Crossroads of Peace” project.

The President suggested it would be appropriate for the professional community to take the initiative and focus its efforts on researching and analyzing the program’s theoretical aspects at an expert level.
