Armenia to host La Francophonie ministerial conference in 2027

Armenia will host the 6th International Organisation of La Francophonie (La Francophonie) Conference of Ministers of Culture in 2027.

The decision was approved during the La Francophonie Conference of Culture Ministers in Quebec, Canada, the Armenian Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sport said in a statement. 

Armenia was approved as host country unanimously and the decision was included in the final declaration of the conference, which will soon be approved by the La Francophonie.

“We will be happy to hold the 2027 conference in Armenia,” reads the document.

Armenia will also host the La Francophonie Sports-Culture Games in 2027.
