France will open a consular agency in Goris, Armenia, French Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot announced during a joint press conference with Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan.
“In the field of decentralized cooperation, an Armenian-French decentralized cooperation conference will soon be held in the city of Goris, in the Syunik region, which is important cooperation between our two countries. It is also a political message that the event will take place in Syunik, in Goris, where France will also open a consular agency,” he stated.
