Georgia is interested in an end to the Armenian-Azerbaijani conflict, President Mikheil Kavelashvili has said.
“A conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan took place recently in our region, and we are one of the sides interested in an end to the conflict. I would like to thank the governments of the two countries for their readiness to stop the conflict. Peace and stability are crucial for the region and create opportunities for all three countries,” Sputnik Georgia quoted President Kavelashvili as saying in televised remarks.
