President Khachaturyan signs decrees

By a decree of Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan, Hamlet Levonyan has been appointed Head of the Armament and Technical Support Department of the Ministry of Defense and relieved of his duties as Commander of the Peacekeeping Brigade of Armenia.

By another decree, Ruben Papyan has been appointed Commander of the Peacekeeping Forces Brigade.
